Day 21

I was out and about all day and evening for the Omnium Banque Nationale in Montreal. Missed my exit survey and photos but I still wanted to throw up my final day's worth of stats. As of this morning, I'm down 2.5 lbs which for me is amazing because I went through my period for most of this last week.

Game Changer

Today we were gone for the majority of the day for a birthday but I’m proud to say I didn’t deviate from my nutritional plan and said “no thanks” to drinks, cake, etc. I wasn’t going to post photos but seeing some of the other photos inspired me. I’m not “there yet” to do a bathing suit lol but I am wearing the same clothes in the before/after. Left is before and right is after. I’ve lost 6lbs total and have much more to go but I’m further ahead than 3 weeks ago! Water complete. Got a 40min run in this morning. Food tracked and protein was at each meal.
